Are you mechanically inclined? Like tearing things apart and putting them back together? At Liqua Flow Pump Company, we manufacture and rebuild large centrifugal pumps used in municipal, industrial, and infrastructure systems.


We’re hiring Shop Technicians who want a career—not just a job. With our three-tier growth plan, we’ll train you to grow from helper to lead technician or even into the field.


What You'll Do: 

  • Tear down, inspect, and rebuild industrial pumps

  • Use shop tools, hoists, and measuring instruments

  • Follow blueprints and assembly instructions

  • Support custom builds by collaborating with machinists and engineers

  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized working environment 



Preferred Skills: 

  • Mechanical aptitude and tool experience

  • Blueprint/technical drawing knowledge a plus

  • Comfortable using hand tools and measuring devices

  • Forklift or crane experience a plus

  • Willingness to learn and take pride in your work

  • Experience with lathes, milling machines, micrometers, welding and CNC skills considered a plus



Note: Pay will be based on experience.
